Pale yellow. Nectarine, melon and pear on the fruit-driven nose and in the mouth. Round and fleshy on entry, then tighter in the mid-palate, offering a lively and seamless blend of citrus and orchard fruit flavors. Smooth and soft on the finish, ending on a peachy note.

Winemaker Notes

Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at cool temperatures to preserve much of the delicate fruit flavours. Once dry, the wine remained on gross yeast lees for 6 months to maintain freshness and improve texture.
