Attractive, with an intense ruby red color. Spicy aromas stand out: paprika with hints of black pepper culminating with an exquisite aroma of dry figs. It provides a long mid- palate persistence, which is brought on by a concentration of soft tannins. Serve between 16º C and 18ºC. |

Good full red-ruby. Plum, mocha and herbs on the nose, with leafy and peppery nuances. Deeper and more tannic than the malbec, showing the slightly herbaceous complexity of cabernet from the Medoc. These tannins will require some bottle aging but this wine has the stuffing to support it. Michael Rolland consults for this very promising new venture; there will be a Reserve range of wines in the market within the next 12 months.

Double selection of grape clusters and berries, destemmer, gentle crushing,free run juice, fermentation with autochthonous yeasts,prolonged maceration based on tasting, spontaneous malolactic ranking, natural stabilization, bottling in winery.
Alluvial soils irrigated with water from the Andes Mountain Range. 950 meters above sea level. Vineyard conducted by VSP trellis system, thinning of early shoots to regulate the production and allow a correct positioning of these, rational thinning of the clusters. Morning sunlight reception to complete its maturation, analytic control of physiological and polyphenolic maturity, planned harvest based on grape tasting in the vineyard. |
